  • Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your order.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive shipping updates via email.
  • Orders placed on the Weekend or on a Public Holiday will be shipped out the next business day. 
  • Shipping time and cost might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

 RETURNS

Unfortunately due to their nature , we do not offer exchanges or refunds on our hand crafted goods if you have changed your mind. However, if a product gets damaged during shipment- we will replace or refund the item for you. Please email us with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, contain original items and be accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email wickerfieldsltd@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. 
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • Returns MUST be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Once we have RECEIVED the order and if the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
