Shipping destinations:

  • We currently only ship nationally in Australia. International shipping will hopefully be added really soon. 



Shipping:

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order.
  • Orders placed on the Weekend or on Public Holiday will be shipped out the next business day. 
  • Standard orders will take between 2-10 business days 
  • Express orders will take between 1-4 business days 
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

  • Standard delivery : $9.95
  • Express delivery: $14.95

Unfortunately due to their nature , we do not offer exchanges or refunds on our hand crafted goods if you have changed your mind. However, if a product gets damaged during shipment- we will replace or refund the item for you. Please email us with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, contain original items and be accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email wickerfieldsltd@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. 
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • Returns MUST be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Once we have RECEIVED the order and if the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 5 business days. 

Candles need to be burned for 3-4 hours on the initial burn or until the wax touches the edges of the container. This will serve as a memory for your candle wax for the next subsequent burns. Ensuring a good first burn will help prevent your candle from tunnelling. 

In the case that your candle has tunnelled: 

wrap a sheet of aluminium around your candle making sure you leave some space at the top for the heat to escape. Let your candle burn as usual but no more than 3-4 hours. Be careful not to wrap the aluminium too tight or near the flame.
